We just did something BIG - 13 Dogs Are Safe and on Their Way to New Lives

Recently, an opportunity came up to move 13 dogs away from the drones and explosions in Ukraine and give them a chance to find their forever homes in Western Europe.

A transport like this has a lot of moving pieces, and until everything was confirmed, we honestly weren’t sure it was going to happen. So we stayed quiet and kept working behind the scenes.

Now we can finally share the good news: we did it.

All 13 dogs are safe and on their way to the next chapter of their lives. After everything they have been through, just knowing they are out of danger and heading toward loving homes is an incredible feeling.

Of course, there is also the less exciting part: we now have a very large bill to pay.

The expenses include medical evaluations, preventive medications, blood tests, document and travel fees, gas, and the rental of a special air-conditioned animal transport van to keep the dogs safe and comfortable during the journey.
