Together, We Did It!
Another successful Georgia Rescue Mission in the books! This is our 4 rescue mission in the last 30 days — we’re thrilled to save so many dogs off the street but we’re also exhausted!
Here is a glimpse of what the last 48 hours of each rescue mission looks like. After the rescues, vet visits, vaccinations, evaluations, logistic configurations, and paperwork… the Dogs on Road crew drives everyone gathers together for baths, and the long drive from Batumi to the Tbilisi airport, they get loaded up into crates, meet the flight volunteer and are on their way us at JFK.
We are so grateful to work with the amazing volunteers at Dogs on Road to make these rescue missions a reality!
